长江扬州段水源地水中磺胺类抗生素赋存特征与风险评估

摘要:
利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定长江扬州段4个水源地水体中17种磺胺类抗生素质量浓度。结果表明,长江扬州段水源地水体中共检出8种磺胺类抗生素,质量浓度为0.1~16.1 ng/L,平均值为4.2 ng/L;其中,检出质量浓度最高的为磺胺氯哒嗪(SCP),质量浓度为7.2~16.1 ng/L,其次为磺胺甲噁唑(SMX),质量浓度为8.1~14.4 ng/L。采用风险商值法对长江扬州段水源地水体中检出的磺胺类抗生素进行生态风险评估,结果显示,SMX的生态风险商值(RQ)最高,为3.36×10-3 ~6.00×10-3 ,磺胺类抗生素联合生态风险值(RQsum)为6.26×10-3 ~1.15×10-2 ,整体处于无风险状态;健康风险商值(HQ)为6.04×10-7 ~ 6.33×10-5 ,对人体健康无风险。与国内外某些湖泊、河流相比,长江扬州段水源地水体中的磺胺类抗生素质量浓度处于较低水平。

Occurrence Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Sulfonamides in Source Water from the Yangzhou Reach of the Yangtze River

Abstract:
17 sulfonamide compounds were determined at 4 sites in the water source from the Yangzhou reach of the Yangtze River using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that a total of 8 sulfonamides were detected in the water source from the Yangzhou reach of Yangtze River, with an overall mass concentration range of 0.1~16.1 ng/L and an average value of 4.2 ng/L. Among them, the highest concentration of sulfonamides detected was sulfachloropyridazine, with a mass concentration range of 7.2~16.1 ng/L, followed by sulfamethoxazole, with a mass concentration range of 8.1~14.4 ng/L. The entropy method was used to assess the risk of sulfonamides detected in the water source from the Yangzhou reach of the Yangtze River. The results show that sulfamethoxazole has the highest ecological risk quotient(RQ), with a range of 3.36×10-3~6.00×10-3. The combined ecological risk quotients(RQsum) range of sulfonamides is 6.26×10-3 ~1.15×10-2 , indicating an overall negligible risk. Meanwhile, the health quotient(HQ) range of 6.04×10-7 ~6.33×10-5 indicates no risk to human health. Compared to some lakes and rivers both domestically and internationally, the concentration of sulfonamides in the water source from the Yangzhou reach of the Yangtze River is at a relatively low level.
