Analyze the investigation result of organochlorine pesticide in soil of certain region in Wuxi. The data show that the main organochlorine pesticide residues in local soil consist of low - level p,p＇- DDE and p, p＇- DDT and they are of no significant hazards to ecological environment and human health.
