%0 Journal Article %T 水生态分区管理国际经验与太湖流域应用研究 %T International Experience on Water Ecoregion Management and Application Research of Lake Taihu Basin %A 常闻捷 %A 龚利雪 %A 陆嘉昂 %A 冯彬 %A 孙洁丽 %J 环境监控与预警 %@ 1674-6732 %V %N %D %P - %K 水生态区;水生态监测;水生态健康;太湖流域;管理及应用 %K Ecoregion; Ecoregion monitoring; Water ecological healthy; Lake Taihu basin; Management and application %X 实践证明从生态系统的角度研究和管理自然资源与生态环境具有重要意义。20世纪60年代以来北美诞生并发展了水生态区理论,以水生态区为单元,在建立生态系统数据库、制定差异化的水质标准、开展河流生态监测及评价水体健康评价等方面进行了应用研究。引导了水环境管理从水化学指标逐步向水生态综合指标转变。在借鉴国外水生态区研究成果基础上,通过近十年的研究完成了我国水生态区划分技术方法体系,并在太湖流域开展了应用实践。围绕有效落实分区管理,建议重点从水生态区监测、试点考核、评价、修复等具体操作层面开展应用研究,推动建立以水生态系统健康为导向的水环境管理创新体制。 %X The practice has proved that it has significant meaning to study and manage natural resources and the ecological environment from the ecosystems perspective. Since the 1960s, North America has developed the theory of water ecological, which applied in establishing ecosystem database, developing different water quality standards, conducting river ecological monitoring and evaluating water health assessment with the water ecological as the unit. It also guided the transformation of water environment management from water chemical indicators to comprehensive indicators of water ecology. Based on the results of foreign ecoregions, the technical method system for water ecoregion division in China has been completed through nearly ten years of research, and the application has been carried out in the Lake Taihu Basin. For the effective implementation of ecoregion management, it was recommended to focus on applied research from specific operational levels. For example, water ecoregion monitoring, pilot assessment, evaluation, and restoration to promote the establishment of a water environment management innovation system oriented to the health of aquatic ecosystems. %R %U http://www.hjjkyyj.com/hjjkyyj/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
