饮用水源水中水合肼测定的注意事项及解决方法

摘要:
对国标法(GB/T 5750.8—2006)中的二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法测定饮用水源水中水合肼进行了深入研究,同时指出了水合肼测定全过程中应注意问题及解决方法。指出在标准分析方法基础上,选用合格的最新生产的分析纯以上试剂,现场调节水样酸度至1mol/L,正确进行浑浊带色干扰因素校正消除,利用氨基磺酸去除亚硝酸盐干扰,准确进行分析结果数据处理,严格遵从结果填报规定程式,能够确保大批量、成分复杂未知水样的水合肼测定的精密度和准确度。

Notes and Solving Methods for the Determination of Hydrazine Hydrate in Drinking Source Water
Abstract:
The determination of Hydrazine Hydrate in Drinking Source Water using p-Dimethylamino benzaldehyde spectrophotometric method of the national standard (GB/T5750.8-2006) have been studied in depth. At the same time, the notes and solutions have been specified during the entire process of hydrazine hydrate determination. On the basis of standard analytical methods, we chose the qualified, latest produced and analytical-above reagents to regulate the acidity of water samples to 1mol/L. The interference factors of turbidity with color were corrected and eliminated correctly. The amino acid were used to remove the interference of nitrite. The data processing of the results were analysed accurately. The provisions of the program for the results were complied strictly. Through the above method, we can ensure the precision and accuracy for the high-volume, complex composition and unknown water samples of the hydrazine hydrate determination.
