区域地表水监测断面优化调整的技术方法

摘要:
对中国地表水水质监测断面布设的现状及问题进行分析,简要回顾了中国地表水监测断面设置及优化的研究进展,论述了区域地表水点位优化的目的和原则,提出从宏观、中观、微观3个层次的对区域地表水监测断面进行调整的步骤和方法,并阐述了地理信息系统技术在监测断面优化中的作用。

Abstract:
The article analysed the status and problem of the surface water environment monitoring sections in China. Reviewing the latest research on the design and optimization of surface water environment monitoring sections, we proposed the purpose and principles of the optimization and adjustment of regional surface water environment monitoring sections, and then provided the process and method of optimization according to the macro-middle-micro-scale levels. At the same time, we discuss the effect of GIS technology for optimization and adjustment of sections.
