地级市环境监测站信息系统建设构想

摘要:

通过分析国内环境监测业务和环境监测信息化建设的现状和发展趋势，提出地级市环境监测站信息系统的监测业务、数据中心、综合应用3层构架思路，对信息系统各层次的主要功能作出了描述，着重对环境监测业务系统的集成和分工进行了阐述。按照本文所述方式进行环境监测信息系统建设，可以在先进性、安全性、稳定性和可扩充性等方面，满足地级市环境监测部门今后相当长一段时期内的信息化建设需求。

Abstract:

By?analyzing?the?status?quo?and?the?development?tendency?of?domestic?environmental?monitoring?business?and?information?construction,?the?three-tier?framework?of?ideas?of?monitoring?operations,?data?center,?integrated?application?for?the?information?system?of?prefecture-level?city?environmental?monitoring?stations?were?proposed?.The?main?function?of?the?information?system?in?different?levels,?focusing?on?the?integration?and?division?of?labor?of?the?environmental?monitoring?business?systems?was?described.?The?method?could?satisfy?the?information?construction?requests?of?prefecture-level?city?environmental?monitoring?apartments?in?the?aspects?of?advancement,?safety,?stability?and?extendibility?for?a?very?long?time.
