基于血清铜的生物剂量计可行性研究

摘要:
目的 以血清铁浓度与γ射线之间的剂量-效应关系实验文献为依据,尝试研究血清铜浓度与γ射线之间的剂量-效应关系;方法 以小鼠为实验模型,采用不同剂量γ射线辐照小鼠,采用5-Br-PADAP比色法检测小鼠照后不同时间点的血清铜浓度,建立血清铜浓度与辐照剂量的剂量-效应关系;使用建立的剂量-效应关系估算小鼠生物剂量并与双盲剂量进行比较。结果 血清铜浓度与辐照剂量成反比,采用该剂量-效应关系估算的小鼠生物剂量与双盲剂量结果接近。结论 血清铜可作为辐照标志物用于本实验条件下小鼠的辐照剂量的重建。

Abstract:
Objective To study the dose-effect relationship between serum copper concentration and γ-rays based on the experimental literature on the dose-effect relationship between serum iron concentration and γ-rays. Methods The mice were used as the experimental model, and the mice were irradiated with different doses of γ-rays. The serum copper concentration of mice at different time points after irradiation was detected by 5-Br-PADAP colorimetry, and the dose-effect relationship between serum copper concentration and irradiation dose was established. The biological dose of mice was estimated using the established dose-effect relationship and compared with the double-blind dose. Results The serum copper concentration was inversely proportional to the irradiation dose, and the biological dose estimated by the dose-effect relationship was close to the double-blind dose. Conclusion Serum copper can be used as a radiation marker for the reconstruction of radiation dose in mice under the experimental conditions.
