污水中病毒的监测现状及风险评估

摘要:
污水是一个复杂的生物群体环境,其中含有多种病原微生物,这些病原微生物可在污水处理过程中展现出不同的存活能力,对人类健康和环境造成一系列的危害。为了评估污水中的病原微生物对健康构成的潜在威胁,本文审查了常见病原微生物在污水中的存在特性和监测情况。基于污水流行病学(WBE)和环境监测方法(ES),本文探讨了病毒污染与人群感染之间的关联,并结合定量微生物风险评估(QMRA)模型,阐述了污水中病原微生物健康风险评估的方法和策略,以期提升对污水病原微生物的监测和管理,为公共卫生防控提供科学依据。

Surveillance status and risk assessment of viruses in sewage
Abstract:
Wastewater is a complex biological environment containing various pathogenic microorganisms, which can exhibit different survival capabilities during the wastewater treatment process, posing a range of hazards to human health and the environment. To assess the potential threats posed by pathogenic microorganisms in wastewater to public health, this paper reviews the presence and monitoring status of common pathogens in wastewater. Based on wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) and environmental surveillance (ES) methods, the paper explores the relationship between viral contamination and human infection. It also integrates the Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment (QMRA) model to elaborate on methods and strategies for assessing the health risks of pathogenic microorganisms in wastewater, aiming to enhance the monitoring and management of these pathogens and provide scientific support for public health prevention efforts.
