太湖西山岛周边水域浮游动物群落结构季节变化

摘要:
本研究以太湖西山生态岛周边水域为调查对象,在2023—2024年开展4个季度浮游动物调查和分析。结果显示,太湖西山岛周边水域浮游动物种类丰富,季节性变化明显,以轮虫和小型浮游甲壳动物为主,小型化特征突出。本次调查共鉴定出浮游动物3大类45种,包含轮虫21种,桡足类13种,枝角类11种。浮游动物密度全年均值为502.70 ind./L,表现为夏季>春季>秋季>冬季。浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数全年平均值为1.87,表现为夏季>秋季>冬季>春季;Pielou均匀度指数全年平均值为0.62,表现为夏季>冬季>秋季>春季。

Seasonal Variations in the Community Structure of Zooplankton in the Waters Surrounding Xishan Island, Taihu Lake
Abstract:
The present study investigated and analyzed the surrounding waters of Xishan ecological Island in Taihu Lake for four quarters from 2023 to 2024. The findings revealed a rich diversity of zooplankton species, with pronounced seasonal variations, predominantly consisting of rotifers and small crustaceans, exhibiting notable miniaturization characteristics. A total of 45 zooplankton species were identified across three groups, including 21 rotifer species, 13 copepod species, and 11 cladicornis species. The average annual density of zooplankton was recorded as 502.70 ind./L, displaying the following order as summer > spring > autumn > winter. Furthermore, the average Shannon-Wiener diversity index for zooplankton was calculated as 1.87 (summer > autumn > winter > spring), while the average annual Pielou evenness index stood at 0.62 (summer > winter > autumn > spring).
