基于协同处置固体废物水泥窑的金属健康风险评价方法 |

摘要: |
为探究协同处置固体废物水泥窑生产的水泥产品带来的健康风险,以三家协同处置固废水泥窑的水泥熟料为研究对象,通过测定水泥熟料及其浸出液中18种金属的含量,并利用健康风险评价方法进行人体健康风险评估。研究结果表明:部分水泥窑的水泥熟料存在金属镉、锰超标;浸出液中金属不存在超标,部分水泥窑浸出液中金属镍、锰含量超出了地表水Ⅲ类质量指标。利用三家协同处置固废水泥窑水泥熟料的浸出含量进行健康风险评价,发现:所有金属均不对人体存在致癌风险,其中,儿童遭受的铅的最大致癌风险为7.22×10-8 ,大于成人遭受的最大风险1.93×10-8;所有金属对儿童和成人均不存在非致癌风险,其中镉的危害商高于其余金属(儿童:6.12×10-3;成人:3.49×10-3)。 |

Metal health risk assessment method based on collaborative disposal of solid waste cement kilns |

Abstract: |
In order to explore the health risks of cement products produced by cement kilns for collaborative disposal of solid waste, the cement clinker of three collaborative disposal cement kilns were taken as the research objects. By measuring the contents of 18 metals in the cement clinker and its leaching solution, the health risk assessment method was used to assess the human health risk. The results indicated that there were 2 kinds of metal elements exceeded the standard in cement clinker of the three kilns, which were Cd and Mn. No metal in the leaching solution exceeded the standard, but the content of Nickel and Manganese exceeded the quality standards of Groundwater Class Ⅲ. Based on the health risks of cement products from three collaborative disposal cement kilns, it was found that there were no metal in cement clinker of coordinated waste cement kilns pose carcinogenic risk to human body. Among them, the most carcinogenic risk of children was Lead (7.22×10-8), which was higher than it for Adults(1.93×10-8). All metals pose had non-carcinogenic risk to children and adults, but Cadmium having a higher hazard quotient (6.12×10-3 for children and 3.49×10-3 for adults) than others. |
