常州地区主要水体中17种抗生素污染状况研究

摘要:
利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用分析技术对常州地区主要水体17种抗生素污染状况进行了调查监测,并开展了主要污染来源分析。监测结果显示,主要水体中17种抗生素总检出浓度范围为0.58~78.1 ng/L,检出率最高的为磺胺甲恶唑、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素,抗生素检出浓度高值区域主要分布在部分湖库区域。水产养殖和污水处理厂的排放是水体中抗生素的最主要来源,其中水产养殖尾水的排放对周边水体抗生素浓度产生了显著影响,与部分湖库水体抗生素浓度的季节性波动具有较强相关性。磺胺甲恶唑对于水体抗生素的联合风险熵值起到了主要贡献,造成多数监测水体处于中等及以上环境风险水平,磺胺甲恶唑的生态风险值得重视。

Research on Water Contamination Status of 17 Antibiotics in Changzhou Area
Abstract:
Using solid phase extraction and ultra high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, the water pollution status of 17 antibiotics in Changzhou area was investigated and monitored, and the main sources of pollution were analyzed. As the monitoring results show that,the total concentration of 17 antibiotics in water ranged from 0.58~78.1 ng/L.? Sulfamethoxazole, azithromycin and roxithromycin were detected with the highest detection rate.The areas with high concentrations of antibiotics were mainly distributed in some lakes. Aquaculture and wastewater treatment plants are the most important sources of antibiotics in water. The discharge of aquaculture has significant impact on the concentration of antibiotics in the surrounding water, and it has strong correlation with seasonal fluctuation of antibiotic concentration in some lakes. Sulfamethoxazole is a major contributor to risk entropy of antibiotics in water. As a result, the environmental risks of most of the monitored water sections are at a medium or higher level. The ecological risks of sulfamethoxazole deserves attention.
