镇江宝华山昆虫物种多样性影响因素研究 |

摘要: |
为明确影响镇江宝华山国家森林公园昆虫物种多样性的主要因素,本研究采用马氏网法,于2023年3-9月对该地进行昆虫物种多样性调查。研究使用DNA宏条形码技术注释到昆虫16目146科1 255种1 654 805条序列,其中春季样本注释到16目132科989种875 948条序列,夏季样本注释到16目130科1 052种778 857条序列。春季和夏季样本中,昆虫主要类群均为双翅目、鳞翅目、鞘翅目和蜚蠊目。Chao1指数显示,枫杨混交林的物种丰富度最高,毛竹混交林的物种丰富度最低;Simpson和Pielou指数显示,毛竹混交林的物种分布最不均匀,银杏混交林的物种分布最均匀;Shannon-Wiener指数显示,枫杨混交林的物种多样性最高,毛竹混交林的物种多样性最低。Bray-Curtis距离计算结果显示,枫杨和银杏混交林,毛竹和紫楠混交林的昆虫群落构成两两之间极相似,其它混交林的昆虫群落构成两两间中等相似。冗余分析与Pearson相关性分析结果表明,影响宝华山国家森林公园昆虫多样性的主要因素为气温、植物多样性、海拔、坡向和降水。不同季节首要影响因素存在差异,影响春季昆虫物种多样性的首要因素是温度,夏季则是植物Chao1指数。研究结果可为亚热带丘陵地区昆虫物种多样性保护提供理论指导。 |

In order to clarify the main factors affecting the diversity of insect species in Zhenjiang Baohuashan National Forest Park, this study was conducted from March to September 2023 to investigate the diversity of insect species in the site by using the Marsnet method. The study annotated 1 654 805 sequences of 1 255 species of insects in 16 orders and 146 families using DNA macro-barcoding technology, of which 875 948 sequences of 989 species in 16 orders and 132 families were annotated in spring samples, and 778 857 sequences of 1 052 species in 16 orders and 130 families were annotated in summer samples. The main groups of insects in both spring and summer samples were Diptera, Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Cockroaches.Chao1 index showed that the species richness was highest in Pterocarya stenoptera mixed forests and lowest in Phyllostachys edulis mixed forests; Simpson and Pielou indices showed that species distribution was most heterogeneous in Phyllostachys edulis mixed forests and most homogeneous in Ginkgo biloba mixed forests; The Shannon-Wiener index showed that the highest species diversity was found in the Pterocarya stenoptera mixed forests and the lowest in the Phyllostachys edulis mixed forests. The results of Bray-Curtis distance calculations showed that the insect community compositions of the mixed Pterocarya stenoptera and Ginkgo biloba forests, and the mixed Phyllostachys edulis and Phoebe sheareri forests were very similar to each other, and the insect community compositions of the other mixed forests were moderately similar to each other. The results of redundancy analysis and Pearson correlation analysis showed that the primary factors affecting insect diversity in Baohua Mountain National Forest Park were temperature, plant diversity, elevation, slope direction and precipitation. There were differences in the primary influences between seasons, with temperature being the primary factor affecting insect species diversity in the spring and the Plant Chao1 Index in the summer. |
