海洋生物体残留六六六、滴滴涕、多氯联苯和多环芳烃气相色谱质谱法的同步测定

摘要:
海洋生物体残留中的六六六、滴滴涕、多氯联苯和多环芳烃是海洋环境监测评价体系的重要指标,现行海洋生物体残留检测标准方法存在净化效果差等缺陷,致使方法精密度和准确度难以满足质量控制要求。本文通过对净化方法的研究,确定了使用8 g弗罗里硅土新净化方法,建立了海洋生物体残留加压流体萃取法-气相色谱质谱法。该方法实现了海洋生物体中六六六、滴滴涕、多氯联苯和多环芳烃气相色谱质谱法的同步测定,检出限、精密度和准确度水平满足《海洋生物质量》等相关质量标准和控制标准对监测方法的要求。

Abstract:
The contents of 666、DDT、PCBs and PAHs in marine organisms are important targets in marine environmental monitoring. There are defects such as poor purification in the current standard methods for detecting the contents. The precision and accuracy of the methods are difficult to meet the requirements of quality control. A new purification method using 8 g of florisil soil has been determined through research on purification methods. The method for determination of marine organisms is established by using pressure fluid for extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for analysis. The method implements synchronous determination of 666、DDT、PCBs and PAHs in marine organisms by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The detection limit, precision and accuracy level of the method meet the requirements of quality standards and control standards such as《Marine Biological Quality》.
