为了解典型工业园区内挥发性有机物(VOCs)污染现象,促进大气VOCs以及臭氧的协同控制,以西安市鄠邑区典型工业园区为例,分析夏季(2023年6月)VOCs的污染特征,评估不同物种VOCs的臭氧生成潜势,识别VOCs主要来源并计算其臭氧生成潜势。结果表明:(1)监测期间VOCs平均浓度为47.22 ppb,烷烃浓度最高为21.96 ppb,占比为46.5%;其次分别为含氧VOCs(21.06%)、芳香烃(12.19%)、卤代烃(10.91%)、烯烃(5.73%)和其他VOCs(3.61%)。(2)烯烃浓度较小,但臭氧生成潜势最高,为30.77 ppb,占比为34%,在园区内的光化学反应中起主要作用。(3)VOCs来源解析结果表明,溶剂使用源(25.6%)、交通排放源(15%)、工艺过程源(28.9%)、植物排放源(5.5%)、医药制造排放源(19%)和油气挥发源(7.1%)为工业园区内VOCs的主要污染源,其中工艺过程源和溶剂使用源对VOCs的贡献的占比总和超过50%,是园区内VOCs控制的重点内容。从臭氧污染控制的角度,医药制造排放对VOCs的贡献较小(19%),但对臭氧生成潜势的贡献较大(27.95%),应对医药制造排放源进行有效管控。 |

In order to understand the phenomenon of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution in typical industrial parks and promote the collaborative control of atmospheric VOCs and ozone, the atmospheric VOCs were observed in the typical industrial park of Hu Yi District, Xi"an City in summer (June 2023), the pollution characteristics of VOCs were analyzed, the ozone formation potential of different species of VOCs was evaluated, and the key species and their main sources were identified. The results indicate that:(1)The average concentration of VOCs was 47.22 ppb, and the highest concentration of alkane was 21.96ppb, accounting for 46.5%. Followed by oxygenated VOCs (21.06%), aromatic (12.19%), halogenated hydrocarbons (10.91%), alkene (5.73%) and other VOCs (3.61%). (2)The concentration of alkene is lower, but the ozone formation potential is up to 30.77 ppb, accounting for 34%, which plays a major role in the photochemical reaction in the industrial park. (3)The source analysis results of VOCs in industrial park showed that solvent use source (25.6%), transportation emission source (15%), technological process (28.9%), plant emission source (5.5%), pharmaceutical manufacturing emission source (19%) and oil and gas volatile source (7.1%) were the main sources of VOCs pollution in industrial park. Among them, the total contribution of technological process and solvent use source to VOCs is more than 50%, which is the key content of VOCs control in the industrial park. From the perspective of ozone pollution control, the contribution of pharmaceutical manufacturing emissions to VOCs is small (19%), but the contribution to ozone generation potential is large (27.95%), so, it should be focus on the pharmaceutical manufacturing emissions sources to control ozone pollution effectively. |
