HPLC-ESI-MS测定地表水中典型全氟化合物方法

摘要:
利用固相萃取技术,基于高效液相色谱〖CD*2〗质谱仪,建立检测水样中典型全氟化合物(全氟辛基磺酸、全氟辛酸、全氟壬酸)的分析方法。从线性范围、定量检测限、回收率、空白试验以及实际样品测定方面,验证了分析方法的可行性。该分析方法降低了仪器成本,操作简便,有利于全氟化合物监测项目的推广

Determination of Perfluorinated Compounds in Surface Water by HPLC-ESI-MS

Abstract:
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) have been identified as one of important global pollutants. In order to monitor and control PFCs in surface water, corresponding analytical method is necessary. In this research, an optimized method for typical PFCs, including perfluorooctane sulfonate, perfluorooctanoic acid, and perfluorononanoic acid, has been established using solid phase extraction and HPLC-ESI-MS. The method verification including linear ranges, limits of quantification, recoveries, procedure blanks and water samples, suggested that this method was accurate for determination of PFCs in surface water and easy to be applied to monitor PFCs in surface water.
