| Reliability evaluation of environmental monitoring tasks is a quality management mode by tracking on the whole process of monitoring tasks and then giving the evaluation results,which could provide a quantitative basis for the third party testing institutions on the quality management,task bidding,price scoring,contract payment etc.Using the reliability evaluation could strengthen the industry supervision and standardize the industry competition at the same time. |
