| 面对严峻的大气污染防治形势，国务院《大气污染防治行动计划》（简称国家“大气十条”）明确了到2017年大气污染防治的阶段性目标。在借鉴国外有关空气质量达标管理经验的基础上，提出组织实施 “大气十条”，需要以空气质量持续改善为目标，围绕空气质量达标管理这条主线，完善配套的政策、法规、标准、技术以及评估、考核等一系列方法和制度体系。 |

| Confronted with the grim situation of air pollution,the State Council has released "Action Plan for Air Pollution Prevention and Control"( referred to as the national "Ten Measures for Air" ) ,which clarifies the milestones of air pollution control by 2017.Based on foreign experiences,the mechanism and measures of air pollution control are put forward for the implementation of "Ten Measures for Air",which focus on air quality conformity management,including a set of policies,regulations ,standards,technologies,assessment and evaluation methods for continual improvement of air quality. |
