| The basic concept of accounting and assessment for the total emission of water pollutants was briefly proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the project and situation of the production,this article analyzed and discussed the methods of the accounting and assessment for the total emission of water pollutants in the new,expansion and reconstruction projects. It also gave the definite methods and suggestions at the same time. |
