环境监测项目监测边界和参数设计方法

摘要:
针对环境监测项目的一般性要求,系统地提出环境监测边界和监测参数的设计方法。将环境监测边界划分为空间地理边界、空间生态边界、动力空间边界、项目空间边界和时间期限,并阐述了这5种划分的具体内容。同时,介绍了监测参数设计的一般流程、环境质量监测参数选择原则及选择方法。

Abstract:
Methods of environmental monitoring border and parameter design were put forward in order to meet the general requirements in environmental monitoring project.The environmental monitoring border was divided into spatial geographical border, spatial ecological border, dynamic spatial border, project spatial border and time limit. The paper expounded the content of each border divided. At the same time, the general design process of environmental monitoring parameters and the selection principles and selection methods of environmental monitoring were introduced.
