摘要: |
于2013年9月对连云港市某泥砂质潮间带3个站位的大型底栖动物进行调查,结果表明,有大型底栖动物57种,其中多毛类23种,甲壳类18种,软体动物10种,其他类群6种。该潮间带大型底栖动物的总平均丰度为2 119.1 m-2,总平均生物量为66.34 g/m2,其中光滑狭口螺(Stenothyra glabar)在高潮带的丰度高达3 082.7 m-2,整个潮间带丰度呈现由高潮带向低潮带逐渐降低的趋势。潮间带Shannon-Wiener多样性指数平均值3.26;整个调查潮间带的沉积物环境较清洁。 |

Macrobenthos were investigated at 3 sites in the Argillo arenaceous Intertidal Zone in Lianyungang in September 2013.In total, 57 species were found, including 23 species of Polychaeta, 18 species of Crustacea, 10 species of Mollusca, and 6 species of other taxonomies.The average abundance of macrobenthos was 2 119.1 m-2, and the average biomass was 66.34g/m2 in the sampling sites.The abundance of Stenothyra glabar in the high tide zone was 3 082.7 m-2.The abundance showed the trend of decreasing from the high tide zone to the low tide zone in the intertidal zone.The average of Shannon Wiener index of macrobenthos was 3.26,and the sediment environment of this site was clean .Compared with the previous survey,this paper held that the community structure of macrobenthos have greatly changed. |
