水体中总氮测定的影响因素及方法改进

摘要:
对浊度、氯离子及高浓度氨氮对国标法测定总氮的影响进行分析。结果显示,浊度会使地表水中总氮测定的结果偏低,采用消解后3 500 r/min离心可以基本消除该影响;氯离子质量浓度>3 000 mg/L时,对220 nm处吸光度值出现正干扰;水体中氨氮浓度较高时,会出现总氮测定结果严重偏低的现象,采用趁热摇匀法可以有效地避免高氨氮的干扰。

Abstract:
The influence of turbidity, chloride ion and high concentration ammonia nitrogen on the determination of total nitrogen by GB method was analyzed. The test results show that turbidity results in low total nitrogen in surface water, centrifugation under 3 500 r/min after digestion can basically eliminate the influence. When the concentration of chloride ion is higher than 3 000 mg/L, it causes positive interference on 220 nm absorbance. When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is high, the total nitrogen will be on the low side,an effective way to avoid the interference of high ammonia nitrogen is shake the digestion solution when it is hot.
