噪声监测特别是非稳态噪声监测由于声源存在不确定性及突发性,现场工况的确认一直是监测的难点。以健身房制造噪声扰民为例,通过法院确认进行模拟工况来对非稳态噪声进行监测,同时探讨了非稳态噪声监测过程中存在的难点及问题,针对噪声纠纷中遇到的问题,提出应从源头尽量避免噪声纠纷的发生,增加隔音材料,增加减振消声的措施,完善相关标准等建议,为今后非稳态噪声的实际监测提供借鉴。 |

For noise monitoring, especially non-steady noise monitoring, how to take field measurements is always the greatest difficulty. This paper introduces a practice of measuring non-steady noise exposure in a stimulated field of a gym making a lot of noise, under the approval of the Court.It focuses on the difficulties and problems for non-steady noise monitoring; offers solutions for noise disputes, including avoiding disputes from the source, increasing sound insulation materials, increasing vibration and noise reduction measures, and improving relevant standards. It provides a reference for the confirmation of field conditions in non-steady noise monitoring. |
