离子色谱-紫外检测法同时测定水中5种氯酚类化合物

摘要:
建立了同时测定水中5种氯酚类化合物的离子色谱-紫外检测法。水样经0.45μm水相针式滤器过滤后,以250nm为检测波长,5%的氨水甲醇-1%的硫酸铵溶液(V∶V=80∶20)为流动相进行检测。结果表明,在2-氯酚质量浓度为 0.1~1.6 mg/L,其余4种氯酚质量浓度为0.01~0.16 mg/L范围内,线性相关系数均>0.999;2-氯酚和2,4-二氯酚的检出限分别为0.03和0.004 mg/L,其余3种氯酚的检出限为0.003 mg/L。低、中、高3种加标浓度样品的加标回收率为94.1%~100.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~9.9%。该方法前处理简单,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均较好,适用于基层检测机构对生活饮用水中5种氯酚类化合物的日常快速检测。

The Simultaneous Determination of 5 Chlorophenols in Water Samples by Ion chromatography with UV Detection Method

Abstract:
An ion chromatography with UV detection method was established for simultaneous determination of 5 chlorophenols in water samples. The water sample was filtered through a 0.45 μm aqueous phase syringe filter, the detection wavelength was set by 250 nm, and the mobile phase was a mixed solution of 5% ammonia in methanol and 1% ammonium sulfate solution in a volume ratio of 80∶20. The results showed that when the concentration of 2 chlorophenol was in the range of 0.1~1.6 mg/L, and the other four chlorophenols in the range of 0.01~0.16 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The detection limits of 2 chlorophenol and 2,4 dichlorophenol were 0.03 and 0.004 mg/L respectively. The detection limit of the remaining three chlorophenols was 0.003 mg/L. The recovery rates of standard addition at low, medium and high concentration level were in the range of 94.1%~100.8%, with the relevant standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 2.5% to 9.9%. With simple pretreatment, the method showed high sensitivity, good accuracy and precision, is suitable for daily fast determination of five chlorophenol compounds in drinking water samples.
