离子色谱法测定水中亚硫酸根的优化

摘要:
为了提高离子色谱法测定水中亚硫酸根的准确性,通过条件实验,对亚硫酸根稳定性、淋洗液有机改进剂等进行优化。选择Metrosep A Supp 5-150色谱柱,以3.2 mmol/L 的碳酸钠+1.0 mmol/L的碳酸氢钠+5.0%的丙酮溶液为淋洗液,经离子色谱检测,亚硫酸盐的质量浓度在0~10.0 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,检出限为0.034 mg/L。实际样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.7%,加标回收率为96.8%~103%。该方法可延长亚硫酸盐标准溶液的保存时间,有效分离亚硫酸根和硫酸根,灵敏度高、正确度与精密度良好,适用于水中亚硫酸根的测定。

Determination Optimization of Sulfite in Water by Ion Chromatography

Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy of the determination of sulfite in water by ion chromatography, the stability of sulfite and the organic modifiers were optimized through conditional experiments. A Metrosep A Supp 5-150 column was selected, and 3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3+1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3+5.0% CH3COCH3 was used as eluent. The mass concentration of sulfite has a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0~10.0 mg/L, and the detection limit is 0.034 mg/L. The relative standard deviations of the actual sample were 2.4%~4.7%, and the spike recoveries were 96.8%~103%. This method can prolong the storage time of sulfite standard solution, effectively separate sulfite and sulfate, and has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and precision.
