改良顶空气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷

摘要:
根据《生活饮用水标准检验方法消毒副产物指标》(GB/T 5750.10—2006)中规定的顶空气相色谱仪结合电子捕获器(ECD)检测生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的方法,通过改变平衡温度,添加抗坏血酸和氯化钠等顶空条件对该方法进行改良。结果表明,三氯甲烷标准曲线的相关系数(r)=0.999 94,线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.3%,检出限为0.1 μg/L,平均加标回收率为95.3%。该方法符合国家标准要求,且比国标法更加准确、快速,适用于生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的大批量测定。

Abstract:
According to the method for detecting chloroform in drinking water by headspace gas chromatography combined with electron capture detector (ECD) listed in the “Standard examination method for drinking water Part 10: Disinfection by products indicies”(GB 5750.10—2006), the method was improved by changing the equilibrium temperature, adding ascorbic acid and sodium chloride. The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r) of the chloroform standard curve was 0.999 94, the linear relationship was good, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.3%,the detection limit was 0.1μg/L,and the average recovery was 95.3%. This method is more accurate and faster than the national standard, and is suitable for the determination of chloroform in drinking water in large quantities.
