污水中病毒的监测现状及风险评估

摘要:
污水中存在复杂的生物群体,其中含有多种病毒,这些病毒可在污水处理过程中展现出不同的存活能力,对人类健康和环境造成一系列的危害。为了评估污水中的病毒对健康构成的潜在威胁,调查了常见病毒在污水中的存在特性和监测情况。基于污水流行病学(WBE)和环境监测(ES)方法,探讨了病毒污染与人群感染之间的关联,并结合定量微生物风险评估(QMRA)模型,阐述了污水中病毒的健康风险评估方法和策略,以期提升对污水中病毒的监测和管理,为公共卫生防控提供科学依据。

Abstract:
Sewage represents a complex biological environment containing various viruses, which exhibit different survival capabilities during the treatment process and pose a range of threats to human health and the environment. To assess the potential health risks posed by viruses in sewage, this paper reviews the characteristics and monitoring status of common viruses in such settings. By leveraging Wastewater-Based Epidemiology(WBE) and Environmental Surveillance(ES) methods, the study explores the connection between viral contamination and human infections. Additionally, it employs the Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment(QMRA) model to outline methods and strategies for health risk assessment of viruses in sewage. The aim is to enhance virus monitoring and management in sewage, providing a scientific basis for public health prevention and control.
