水污染源氨氮自动监测设备比对试验考核指标探讨

摘要:
水污染源氨氮自动监测设备对实时了解氨氮的排放情况、核算污染物排放总量及计算排污费等方面起着重要的作用, 比对监测是判断自动监测数据准确性和有效性的重要依据。但是在水污染源氨氮的比对监测过程中产生了很多问题,尤其是氨氮比对不合格率高的问题,引起了环境监测部门、环境管理部门、排污单位以及在线运维单位高度关注,其中一个重要原因就是比对试验考核指标不合理。本文就这个方面进行举例分析和探讨,并提出新的考核指标建议。

Discussion of Performance Indicators in Comparison Tests for Ammonia Nitrogen Automatic Monitoring Facilities of Wastewater Pollution Sources
Abstract:
Automatic monitoring facilities of wastewater pollution sources play an important role in obtaining real-time information of ammonia nitrogen discharges, calculating the amount of pollutant discharges, and calculating the cost of pollutant discharges. Comparison monitoring provides important evidence for the accuracy and validity of automatic monitoring data. However, many issues arise in the process of comparison monitoring of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater pollution sources. In particular, the high failure rate of ammonia nitrogen comparison attracts the high attention of environmental monitoring departments, environmental management departments, pollutant discharge entities, and on-line operating entities. Among them, one important cause is unreasonable performance indicators in comparison tests. This paper analyzes this issue with examples and discussion, and provides suggestions for new performance indicators.
