顶空气相色谱法在测定水中三氯乙醛的应用

摘要:
研究了以DB-624交联石英毛细管柱分离,微电子捕获检测器-顶空气相色谱法测定水中三氯乙醛的应用,与以往的方法相比,准确可靠、省工省时省试剂,符合“绿色分析化学”的要求。本方法最低检出限为0.2?ug/L,?标准偏差为0.028?ug/L,相对标准偏差为6.0?%,加标回收率为88.7?%~109?%。

Abstract:
The application of determining the chloral in water using the method of capillary column cross-linked to DB-624 separation and micro-capture detector - Headspace Gas Chromatography is studied, compared with previous methods, which is accurate, reliable, labor-saving, time-saving, reagents-saving, and in line with the requirement of "green chemistry". MDL is 0.2ug/L, SD is 0.028ug/L, RSD is 6.0%and the recovery of standard addition is between 88.7%~109 %.
