| Environmental?inspection?and?environmental?monitoring?are?the?most?important?part?of?environmental?protection.?The?authority?can?be?reflected?through?law?enforcement?of?supervision?while?the?scientificity?will?be?ensured?by?monitoring?during?environmental?work.?A?comprehensive?discussion?of?significance?for?linkage?between?environmental?inspection?and?monitoring?was?introduced,?and?a?series?of?feasible?method?were?investigated?from?the?view?of?ideological?and?technology,?which?has?the?guiding?significance?for?establishing?scientific?linkage?mechanism?between?the?environmental?inspection?and?monitoring?as?well?as?the?way?of?how?to?treat?the?illegal?behavior?quickly?and?accurately. |
