| Abstract: |
| The implementation of environmental monitoring technologies competition is an important move for enhancing the environmental monitoring quality management capacity of environmental monitoring organizations at different levels and improving technical ability of monitoring personnel. It should be set as a persistent enactment and be standardized scientifically. This paper elaborated the key of the standardization of environmental monitoring technologies competition including definition of the meaning, establishment of standards, organization and implementation, supervision and arbitration, safety control and so on. Meanwhile, problem and solutions were proposed. |
