建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中苯胺浓度的分析方法,优化了前处理条件,并对色谱柱进行优选。采用该方法对企业污染场地土壤中的苯胺进行测定,结果显示,苯胺在20~4 000 μg/kg范围内线性关系良好,最低检出限为1.5 μg/kg,相关系数(r)为0.999 1,加标回收率为90.1%~97.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.4%~79%。该方法解决了苯胺分析过程中峰形拖尾的问题,测试效率高、检出限低、精密度和准确度好,适用于企业土壤及修复场地中的苯胺测定。 |

A method for the determination of aniline in soil was established by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The pretreatment conditions and the chromatographic column were optimized. The method was used to determine aniline in the contaminated soil of enterprises. The calibration curves of aniline showed good linearity when the mass fraction of aniline was in the range of 20~4 000 μg/kg. The detection limit was 1.5 μg / kg and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 1. The average spiked recovery ranged from 90.1% to 97.6%, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 5.4%~7.9%. The method solved the problem of tailed peaks in the analysis of aniline, and showed advantages of high test efficiency, low detection limit, good precision and accuracy. It is suitable for the determination of aniline in soil of remediation sites of enterprises. |
