Abstract: |
Yangzhou section of the Yangtze River is the water source area of the East Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project and the core area of the Yangtze-Huaihe River Ecological Corridor, and its ecological sensitivity and importance are particularly prominent. This paper conducted a comprehensive investigation on the natural shoreline retention rate, landuse status and risk sources of surrounding environment along the Yangzhou section of the Yangtze River based on the technology of high-resolution satellite-UAV-ground collaboration. The results show that: (1) the natural shoreline rate of Yangzhou section of the Yangtze River is 46.20%, and the construction land within the shoreline accounts for 33.35%, indicating a high degree of development. (2) There are 114 wharves along and 104 sewage outfalls into the Yangtze River, and some outfalls have environmental problems such as abnormal water color. (3) Some potential environmental safety hazards in the ecological conservation redline area have been found, such as oil spill by tanker and illegal stacking of solid waste on barge. |
