湖泊湿地鸟类多样性及鸟类智慧监测技术研究——以长荡湖和滆湖湿地为例

摘要:
为了解长荡湖和滆湖两湖湿地鸟类多样性状况,比较传统监测和智慧监测2种方法在小尺度鸟类调查上的差异。于2023年1—12月,采用传统监测方法(样线法、样点法)对长荡湖和滆湖2个湿地公园进行调查,采用智慧监测方法对长荡湖柚山村和滆湖塔下2个片区进行调查。全年共记录到鸟类156种,隶属于16目51科,其中长荡湖152种,滆湖103种。空间上,长荡湖湿地的鸟类多样性均高于滆湖,香农-维纳(Shannon-Wiener)多样性指数、辛普森(Simpson)多样性指数和马格列夫(Margalef)丰富度指数均高于后者。滆湖皮耶罗(Pielou)均匀度指数低于长荡湖。季节分布上,秋季的Shannon-Wiener指数和Margalef指数均处于最高水平。比较同时段、同片区2种监测方法,结果发现,物种数上,2种方法大致相当,智慧监测发现的国家级重要保护鸟类物种数高于传统方法;个体数和Simpson指数上,智慧监测明显高于传统监测;Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数上,智慧监测低于传统监测。基于上述结果,探讨了两湖湿地鸟类特征的影响因素,并针对鸟类监测方法的更新和栖息地保护提出了建议。

Abstract:
To understand the bird diversity in the wetlands of Taohu Lake and Gehu Lake, and to compare the differences between traditional and intelligent monitoring methods in small-scale bird surveys, we conducted a survey of Taohu Lake(Changdanghu Lake) and Gehu Lake Wetland Park with traditional monitoring method(bird line sampling method and sample site method) from January to December, 2023. During the survey, intelligent monitoring method was used to investigate two areas(Yushan Village area of Changdanghu Lake and Taxia area of Gehu Lake). A total of 156 bird species belonging to 16 orders and 51 families were recorded throughout the year, including 152 species in Changdanghu Lake and 103 species in Gehu Lake. Spatially, the bird diversity of Changdanghu Lake wetland was higher than that of Gehu Lake, and the Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index and Margalef index were all higher than Gehu Lake. The Pielou evenness index of Gehu Lake was lower than that of Changdanghu Lake. In terms of seasonal distribution, the Shannon-Wiener index and Margalef index were at the highest level in autumn. Comparing the results of the two monitoring methods in the same area at the same time, we found that the two methods were roughly equivalent in the number of species. In terms of individual number and Simpson index, intelligent monitoring was significantly higher than traditional monitoring. In terms of Shannon-wiener index and Pielou index, intelligent monitoring was lower than traditional monitoring. The number of national important protected bird species found by intelligent monitoring was higher than that by traditional methods. Based on the above results, the influencing factors of bird characteristics in the wetlands of Taohu Lake and Gehu Lakes were discussed, and suggestions were put forward on the updating of bird monitoring methods and habitat protection.
