| This article summarized the background and requirements of the state and Jiangsu Province on the reform of the vertical management system of environmental monitoring，and analyzed the current situation and existing problem of environmental monitoring agencies in Jiangsu Province. The goal of vertical reform of environmental monitoring in Jiangsu Province was clearly put forward. Therefore, it suggested clarifying the power of environmental monitoring at all levels, increasing financial security at all levels, strengthening monitoring capacity-building and enhancing the capacity of the team. |
